Just wanted you to know how pleased I am with the new lawn and irrigation system that you installed for me. Not only am I happy with the lawn and irrigation system but how you conduct your business. When I first began getting bids for the process from several companies, I realized that all of a sudden I was going to become a yard contractor. The other firms had too many IFS in their quotes. When you quoted, you gave me a TURN KEY price that included everything including the sprinkler system. As the saying goes, one call does it all! You had a good price and more important, you performed your service just as you stated. You were here on time and got the job done as scheduled. Your supervisor, staff and crews are top notch. Much to my surprise, they even cleaned up the driveway and sidewalks before leaving.

Please accept this letter as verification that Pettys Irrigation and Landscape Company has worked on projects that I have designed and assisted through the construction phase of the projects. Pettys has demonstrated that they can competently handle projects of all magnitudes of sizes and scope of services. It has been my experience that Pettys uses a very high quality of plants and materials in the installation of landscape site development. Pettys has been the landscape and irrigation contractor on two of the new Tyler ISD elementary schools. They have installed plant material that are of the high quality that Tyler ISD and I demanded be installed at the new schools.
Pettys experience and quality of irrigation systems is well known throughout the East Texas area. It is always better to have one contractor for both the Landscape Development and the Landscape Irrigation system. This helps eliminate any conflicts that may arise between two contractors during construction and the warranty period of the project. Whenever any questions or situations have come to my attention, Pettys has always shown the desire and ability to address and correct any problems in a reasonable time frame.
My experience with Pettys warranty follow up has been excellent. Whenever there have been warranty items, Pettys has addressed the situations without hesitation or complaint. Back in May of this year your firm installed a system at my residence to help relieve the drainage problems I had been experiencing in my backyard for a number of years. I have to report that this system has performed perfectly without fail through numerous heavy spring and summer rains and most recently during our experience with Tropical Storm Ike. After all the problems I had experienced over the years caused by heavy rain run-offs, I must admit that I was skeptical that the system recommended by Petty’s would perform as you said. Just Wanted to Let You Know...
One of your crews (Jose and Jose) just came by today for a scheduled sprinkler system repair at my home. Not only did they arrive just a few minutes earlier than the indicated time (which is a GOOD thing), but they quickly diagnosed, fixed the problem, and checked out my system, all within 30 minutes. Their promptness and efficiency meant I got to return to the office for the afternoon, which was a great help. In addition, I enjoyed visiting with them as they completed their work.
